Beta-Carotene is a carotenoid, a pigment with strong orange/red colour; it can act as a provitamin A (i.e. the body converts it into Vitamin A).Synthetic means it is produced via chemical synthesis (rather than extracted from natural sources like algae, plants or fermentation).Nano-Emulsion means the beta-carotene is dispersed in very fine droplets (often <100-200 nm) in an aqueous continuous phase, using emulsifiers/surfactants, possibly lipids, oils etc., to make it water dispersible/soluble.

Key Features:-
A brightly coloured liquid, orange to red/orange. Might be translucent or slightly opaque depending on droplet size, emulsifier system.Nano range, often < 200 nm. Smaller droplet size gives better stability (less sedimentation), better clarity, and better bioavailability.Designed to be dispersible (or even soluble) in water, or at least to form stable dispersions. Usually cold-water dispersible or soluble emulsions. This helps in applications like beverages or water-based gels.Needs to be stable under exposure to light, heat, oxygen, pH changes. Emulsifiers, antioxidants etc. are used to prevent oxidation and breakdown. May include UV protection, light-opaque packaging.Often many months (sometimes over a year) if stored properly (cool, dark, minimal air exposure). Once opened, stability may be reduced.If intended for food, beverage, cosmetic or nutraceutical use, needs to comply with relevant standards (e.g. FDA, EU, Codex, etc.).
